Almost all GSM devices use a standard SIM; But the iPad and iPhone 4G are different. They use a MicroSIM.

MicroSIMs have the same size contact element but the actual plastic card is much smaller. You can cut down your existing SIM to MicroSIM size with a SIM cutting tool. But be aware, you have to cut it to the very exact size.

Now you can easily cut the standard SIM to Micro SIM size with the SIM cutting tool, a cutter that consists of twelve stainless steel parts and cuts any normal standard SIM card (12*25mm) to a MicroSIM (12*15mm).

"Back to Normal"
Change your new MicroSIM back into a normal, standard sized SIM card with the two free included adapters. This is handy if you want to also use your new MicroSIM in devices that need normal SIM.
