Return or Exchange Prior to Shipping
You can return or exchange your item for a full refund of all charges prior to shipping.

Return or Exchange - Unopened Box
You can return or exchange your item for a full refund of the order value minus shipping charges upon receipt of your handset. An RMA code must be obtained from the MobiCity Care team prior to sending the item back and a refund will only be processed once the item arrives at our store. This offer is available for up to seven days from receiving your phone.

Return or Exchange - Opened Box
You can return or exchange items that are in new condition and less than 48 hours old for a full refund of the order value minus shipping charges and a $35 restocking fee, upon receipt of our handset. An RMA code must be obtained from the MobiCity Care team prior to sending the item back and a refund will only be processed once the item arrives at our store.

Return or Exchange - Used item
For items that have been used for more than 48hours, a market value appraisal must be performed. Once we have the handset back in our store we will perform this appraisal and inform you of the refund value. Shipping charges are not refundable. An RMA code must be obtained from the MobiCity Care team prior to sending the item back and a refund will only be processed once the item arrives at our store. This policy is available at the sole discretion of MobiCity.
