Read our Return and Exchange policy below for everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your Mobicity handset. Please note that the Return and Exchange policy - and any reference to “your item” - does not include accessories.
Return or Exchange Prior to Shipping
It may be possible to exchange your item prior to shipping, or return it for a full refund of all charges.
Return or Exchange for DOA (Dead on Arrival) Items
Your item may be eligible for DOA exchange if it is faulty prior to network activation, or fails to register on the network when operated in accordance with installation instructions and correct network configuration. DOA exchange is only available within 48 hours of receipt of the handset, and will only be possible where such faults are logged through the AWS website within that time.
You can return the handset to MobiCity once a valid RMA code has been issued. One of our technicians will assess the handset, after which a new replacement may be sent.
Return or Exchange within 7 Days - Unopened Box
You may exchange your item for a full refund, minus the shipping charges, for up to seven days from receiving your phone. The seven day period is processed from the time that the item arrives at our store, and it will only be possible if the box has not been opened or tampered with.
You need to obtain an RMA code from the MobiCity Care Team before sending the item. Refund may be processed once the item arrives at our store and has been assessed by one of our technicians.
Return or Exchange within 48 hours - Opened Box
You may return or exchange items that are less than 48 hours old for a full refund of the order value, minus shipping charges. The items must be in new condition (condition to be determined at the sole discretion of MobiCity) and the exchange will incur a minimum $35 restocking fee.
You need to obtain an RMA code from the MobiCity Care Team prior to sending the item. Refund may be processed once the item arrives at our store and has been assessed by one of our technicians.
Return or Exchange - Used items
It may still be possible to return items once they have been used for more than 48hours. Your refund value will be determined by a market appraisal once we have the handset back in our store. Shipping charges are not refundable.
You need to obtain an RMA code from the MobiCity Care Team prior to sending the item. A refund will only be processed once the item arrives at our store, and this policy is available at the sole discretion of MobiCity.
