HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY NEW PHONE?
To ensure you receive your new phone as quickly and safely as possible, MobiCity uses a range of delivery options. To ensure that all details on your order are correct, no items will ship unless we are able to speak with the card holder by phone. We will call the morning of shipping to verify these details so if you are unable to answer during this time we strongly recommend that you call us on 1300 14 6624 first to ensure timely delivery.
MobiCity is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time-frames are detailed below; however in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Normal Delivery Schedule
International Stock
- 1 day handling time.
- Overnight from our Hong Kong warehouse into Sydney International.
- Additional day to Brisbane, Perth, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Auckland, Wellington through Fedex (www.fedex.com/au).
- AU and NZ regional deliveries usually take 2 to 7 days through UPS (www.ups.com).
- UPS often treat regional centres as outside their direct delivery area which is why they often hand over their deliveries to Australian Air Express. You can use your UPS tracking number on the AAE website at www.aae.com.au to obtain more accurate local tracking information.
- Packages containing smaller items (e.g. SIM cards and accessories) are sent using Express and Regular Post and usually take 7 to 10 business days to deliver.
Australian Stock
- 3 days handling time.
- Handled by Australian Air Express Couriers (www.aae.com.au).
- Generally two days to most metropolitan areas on Australia's Eastern Seaboard.
- Add 2 days to Adelaide, 3 days to Perth, Adelaide and other Australian regional areas.
- Add 2 days to NZ metro and 3-7 days to NZ regional areas.
Store Pick Up
- 1 day handling time.
- Generally 2 days to get to the store.
- Notification by email once phone arrives.
- Pick up during business hours.
International
- 1 day handling time.
- Delivery between 2 and 15 days depending upon region.
- Please contact us for more specific time frames.

Order Tracking
No matter where the phone is sourced, MobiCity makes all attempts to keep you regularly informed of when you can expect delivery.
For all instances (except Regular Post) you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website will be provided. This is emailed to you through our fulfilment system, normally on the evening of the day of shipment for metro areas and the following morning for regional or orders received late in the day.
Shipping Rates
- All courier deliveries to Australia or New Zealand attract a $17.95 delivery charge, plus $2.00 per additional phone.
- All PO Box deliveries to Australia attract a $24.95 flat delivery charge.
- Deliveries of accessories only are sent by Express or Regular Post and cost $9.95
If we have any issues with any of your items being out of stock we will contact you within 48 hours of you placing your order and work out an alternative solution for you. You will not be charged for any goods that are not in stock.

ITEM STOCK STATUS
While the majority of our stock is in the warehouse ready to ship immediately, some items are not yet released or in secondary warehouses and may take a little longer. Below is a break down of the different status and more information related to availability and delivery.
- Rumoured or unconfirmed
These devices have not yet been officially announced, released to the market for sale or stocked with a known supplier. Accordingly they are not yet ready for sale and cannot be ordered. The listing exists purely for informational purposes. - Pre Order
These items have been confirmed with a supplier and are not far away. Prices are relatively accurate and will be locked in prior to shipping. In most cases the price will remain the same or become cheaper before being shipped. If the price drops you will be offered a refund or a credit of the difference; whatever you prefer. If the price increases you will be given the option to pay the difference, cancel for a full refund or use the credit towards a different handset. - Ordered from Supplier
Items in this status are a locked-in price and are in between our supplier and the warehouse. They will be sent as soon as they are received and quality assured, so may take an extra few days while we wait for the stock to arrive. - In stock, fast delivery
In the main warehouse, quality assured and ready for shipping. Will be sent that day if the order arrives before 11am. - In stock, extended delivery timeframes
Located in a secondary warehouse and take and extra day or two on top of normal delivery timeframes. Once shipped tracking details will be emailed as per normal. - Out of stock
While waiting for new supplies to arrive in our warehouse you can place a back-order on the site to ensure fast shipping as soon as it comes back in. You will be notified daily of the status and sent tracking informaiton as soon as it ships. The price is locked in however you retain the right to cancel or change your order at any time. - Discontinued
These items are left on the site for informational purposes but are no longer available for sale as they are no longer in production or obtainable from our suppliers.
