Happy with phone Review by BMiller
Features Value Performance Design What an improvement! I had the original Blackberry Storm, and although I liked it, I found the memory issue annoying. I wanted to stay with a Blackberry because of my email use. This is what the first Storm should have been. I find that I can download more apps and I don’t have to do a battery pull as often. Even though I’m able to download more apps, I don’t find that I’m sacrificing more battery life than the first Storm. I like the added resistance on the new Storm click screen too. A little minor adjusting to my own personal habits, the Storm 2 has become one of my favorite phones. (Posted on 22/02/10)

Nice upgrade! Review by Jason
Performance Design Features Value I used the original Blackberry Storm and the Storm 2 is an excellent improvement. With the addition of Wi-Fi and improved click/touch screen, it’s a great phone.
Most people had an issue with the click screen on the original so this one adds resistance. For me, it took some getting used to, but for others, it made it easier to navigate. The biggest upgrade I’ve noticed on the phone is the memory. The additional upgrade of memory has made a huge improvement in the overall functionality of the Storm 2. I like that I am able to download more applications than before. I used to have to do a battery pull daily on the original Storm, I only have to do it about once a week now.
Battery life is just as acceptable as the first and I have to charge it daily. The screen is vibrant and an excellent size, so this isn’t surprising. When I’m connected to Wi-Fi I sometimes have to charge it throughout the day.
Call quality is good and I’ve had no issues with it. I can hear callers just fine and nobody has complained about my voice quality.
