HOW DO I PAY?
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and the MobiCity secure check-out system offers a variety of payment methods. Other currencies are shown for reference purposes only and payments made in these currencies do not include any international conversion fees that may be applied by your bank. Please note that your bank may also charge a different exchange rate to that displayed on the site.

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
VISA, Mastercard and American Express (AMEX) are all accepted through Australia's premiere online payment system eWay. We accept both credit and debit cards through eWay's PCI compliant connection and this, in combination with MobiCity’s VeriSign Extended Validation SSL certificate, ensures that your information is encrypted to the highest possible level and no payment data is stored on our servers, so your information is extremely well protected and secure at all times.

PAY BY PHONE

PAYPAL
PayPal is a convenient way to pay online – because you don't have to re-enter financial information each time you buy. Pay from your PayPal account (which is free to set up) which PayPal then 'refills' by drawing on your credit card, debit card or bank account. BANK TRANSFER
MobiCity banks with Westpac and we accept direct deposit and internet bank transfers. The bank account details are provided to you during the check-out system and you will be able to make payment from your bank account once the order is placed.

GST
As an international brand, MobiCity is not able or required to collect GST. All orders under $1000 and sent to Australia are exempt from GST and no further fees or charges are applicable. Orders over $1000 are applicable for GST and the customers will be contacted by a customs agent for payment upon arrival. This is a quick and straight forward process and generally does not delay the delivery of the shipment.
